The Pizzuti Companies and their partner, Molto Properties, have announced plans for a new 274,000-square-foot speculative industrial building in Aurora, Illinois. Located on Mitchell Road in the highly active I-88 submarket of Chicago, the project has excellent interstate access and highway visibility.
Situated on approximately 16 acres and designed for both single- and multi-tenant users, the state-of-the-art building will provide great flexibility to modern logistics users. The property will feature 32-foot clear heights, 52 loading docks, 49 trailer spaces, 238 car parking spaces and LED lighting throughout the warehouse.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the early spring of 2019, with delivery scheduled in the third quarter of 2019. CBRE first vice president David Prell and senior vice president Jeff Kapcheck are handling leasing for the project.
