Heartland Advisors will be relocating to BMO Tower at 790 N. Water St. in the heart of Milwaukee’s central business district. Heartland will occupy 10,873 rentable square feet on the 12th floor. Heartland’s new space features floor-to-ceiling glass, views of city hall and a private outdoor terrace.
Heartland Advisors is a boutique, independent investment firm founded in 1984 in Milwaukee. Heartland’s value-focused, actively managed product suite is offered through four mutual funds and four separately managed accounts.
BMO Tower is a 25-story Class-A office development being developed by BMO Harris and Irgens. The project is currently under construction and will open in December 2019. Anchor tenants include BMO Harris Bank and Michael Best & Friedrich. Approximately 160,000 rentable square feet of office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space are available for lease.
