More than 10 new tenants have signed on at The Meadows of Lake St. Louis, a retail center in Lake St. Louis, Missouri, in the second half of this year.
The outdoor mixed-use development includes shopping, dining, events and easy access to parking.
Tenants signing leases in the second half of 2018 include Roasted Coffee & Wine Bar, Prados Mexican Restaurant, Boulevard Bride, Winghaven Physical Therapy, Plain Wellness Foods and Little Bits Gym.
JLL is handling retail leasing for The Meadows. Cohen Equities is the owner of the retail center.
