Newcor closed three new leases at mixed-use development 25903 Elmfield Drive in the growing Creekside and Augusta Pines area near The Woodlands of Texas.
Newcor brokers Axel Hevener and Rob Banzhaf handled the leases, bringing Happy Land, Make Art and Tee Box to the property and introducing a diverse mix of family entertainment, creative activities and recreation to the surrounding community.
Happy Land has secured a long-term lease and is now open, operating an indoor children’s playground designed to provide a fun and engaging destination for families. The concept also includes dedicated party rooms for children’s birthdays and other celebrations.
Make Art will bring an arts and crafts studio to the property, offering a creative and entertaining environment for children and families. The concept provides another engaging option for parents looking to keep kids active, inspired and entertained.
Most recently, Tee Box, a golf simulator and entertainment concept, joined the tenant lineup and is scheduled to celebrate its grand opening on August 29. The new location will bring an interactive golf experience to the Creekside and Augusta Pines area and will be the first concept of its kind in the immediate market.
