CBRE has arranged the sale of Webster Place, a newly built 13-unit multifamily property located at Clay and Webster avenues in downtown Highwood, Illinois. The property was sold for $5.15 million in a transaction between undisclosed parties.
Justin Ross and David Guenther with CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.
Completed in 2020, Webster Place was designed to compete with other upscale residences throughout Chicago’s North Shore. The property is comprised of 13 three-bedroom two and a half bathroom units, each with a two-car garage.
