KCS Pinecone Realty, LLC recently sold a 67,200-square-foot industrial building in Mentor, Ohio.
The building sits on 10 acres of land in the Mentor Industrial Park.
Terry Coyne and Kristy Hull, both with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Cleveland office, represented the seller. Mike Gatto, of Gatto Group Inc., represented the buyer.
The property was on the market for less than 45 days before receiving a purchase offer.
