John Joyce, Ryan Phillips and Chris Rickett of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller, a private investor, of an industrial condo space at 2300 W. Lake St., Chicago. The transaction value was approximately $3.8 million, or $100 per square foot.
The 38,000-square-foot industrial condo built in 2007 boasts 2,300 square feet of freezer space and 12,000 square feet of cooler space, 35-foot clear and 12 exterior docks.
