1751lakecook-2Newmark Grubb Knight Frank has been selected by the James Campbell Co. LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for ArborLake, a 196,643-square-foot, Class A office property located at 1751 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield. John Clark, John Norris and Rob Lundin will lead the assignment for NGKF.

Acquired by the James Campbell Co. in 1988, ArborLake is situated near the four-way interchange of Lake Cook Road and I-294. The building features a six-story atrium lobby with bronze and African mahogany accents, a fitness center, cafeteria, on-site property manager, surface and covered parking and extensive landscaping. The property has been awarded the Energy Star label for the past four years due to ownership’s emphasis on operating efficiencies.

“ArborLake has historically been a high-performing asset, and it was imperative that we picked the right team for this assignment,” said Kathleen Burgi-Sandell of the James Campbell Co.
