Newmark Grubb Zimmer closed a 66,883-square-foot long-term lease to DaVinci Roofscapes at 13900 W. 101st St. in Lenexa, Kansas.
Mike VanBuskirk, executive managing director and principal with Newmark Grubb Zimmer, along with managing director Chris Roberton and associates Seamus McLaughlin and Tommy Gentry, negotiated the transaction.
DaVinci Roofscapes operates under the name Royal Building Products. The company was founded in 1999.
This transaction marks the second large lease completed in recent months at the 111,883-square-foot building at 45,000 square feet was leased in the fourth quarter of 2019.
