Newmark Grubb Zimmer’s president and chief executive officer Mark Long and managing director John Hassler closed the sale of a 517,391-square-foot industrial building in Kansas City, Kansas.
The building is located at 5300 Kansas Ave., and is fully occupied by Overstock.com.
The seller was BH Properties in Los Angeles. The buyer was Sealy & Company, a real estate investment and operating firm.
