Susan Smith is the new director of office brokerage at the Kansas City, Mo., office of Newmark Grubb Zimmer.
Smith has worked with the Kansas City-based firm since 1991. She was named a vice president in the sales and leasing division in 2011.
“Susan has been a valuable member of our team for more than 20 years,” said Mark Long, senior vice president and principal with Newmark Grubb Zimmer, in a written statement.
