Newmark Grubb Zimmer closed the sale of 1100 Stevens Avenue, a 174,453-square-foot food-processing and packaging facility in Effingham, Illinois.
Managing directors Jay Kerley and Dan Rossini represented Hodgson Mill in its sale to Continental Mills, Inc., The Seattle, Washington-based food service company purchased the property to expand its current 190,000-square-foot warehouse at 1200 Stevens Ave.
