The Newmark Grubb Zimmer team of Michael VanBuskirk and Chris Robertson brokered the sale of Northpointe Tower, a 109,193-square-foot multi-tenant office building at 10220 N. Ambassador Drive, in Kansas City, Missouri.
The property was 25 percent occupied at the time of the sale after the anchor tenant, Dairy Farmers of America moved, to its new headquarters in Kansas City, Kansas.
The seller was BACM 2006-5 North Ambassador Drive, LLC and the buyer was a local investor group.
