The Newmark Grubb Zimmer team of John Hoefer, Michael VanBuskirk and Chris Robertson brokered the sale of a 34,466-square-foot multi-tenant retail center at 10130 E. 350 Highway in Raytown, Missouri.
The property was fully leased to Westlake ACE Hardware, Napa Auto Parts and Scooter’s Coffee.
This sale marks the second time in three years the Newmark Grubb Zimmer team has sold this asset. The seller was Brain Dev 1, LLC, and the buyer was an investor based in California. The buyer was represented by Logan Freeman of Clemons Real Estate.
