The Newmark Grubb Zimmer team of Michael VanBuskirk, Justin Beal and Chris Robertson brokered the sale of a Class-A 8,400-square-foot multi-tenant medical office building at 820 W. Frontier Lane in Olathe, Kansas.
The building was 85 percent occupied at the time of the sale. The building was built in 2006, and is located near the Olathe Medical Center.
