Newmark Grubb Zimmer‘s St. Louis office on March 23 celebrated its fifth anniversary.
The office began operations March 23, 2015, with principals Mike Carlson and Kevin McLaughlin launching the St. Louis location.
During the last five years, the St. Louis office of Newmark Grubb Zimmer focused primarily on brokerage activities, including office, industrial, retail and investment sales.
“The blend of well-known brokers, hiring new talent and the overall Newmark platform is working,” said Carlson. “Our technology, market research and corporate resources provide us with a connectivity not only to the local St. Louis real estate market, but across the United States.”
