Newmark Knight Frank recently completed a new lease to AAA Travel at 8218 Highland Point Drive within the Highlands Retail Center II in West Chester Township, Ohio, on behalf of the property owner, Neyer Properties.
Located in the Highlands Market Square retail development, Highlands Retail Center II is a 16,508-square-foot retail outlot facility with six retail/restaurant units available for lease. AAA Travel signed for a 2,991-square-foot retail space within the building to serve as the new location for the travel and insurance company, which is relocating from the nearby Union Center Pavilion Shopping Center.
NKF’s Retail Specialist TC Bartoszek and Managing Director John Thompson represented ownership in the lease negotiations. AAA Travel is the newest tenant to the building, joining Kumon, a martial arts studio and hair salon. Bartoszek and Thompson will continue to market the remaining available suites within the property.
Highlands Market Square, anchored by Walmart Superstore, boasts strong demographics with median household incomes of $90,500 and a total population of over 141,000. The property also benefits from its location at the I-75 interchange at Cincinnati-Dayton Road and significant motorway visibility.
