Newmark Knight Frank Epic represented 903 Carlow Drive LLC, a private manufacturing firm, in its acquisition of a 145,000-square-foot industrial facility at 903 Carlow Drive in Bolingbrook. The sale price was approximately $6 million.
Jeff Locascio, SIOR and a principal of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented the buyer in the transaction. Jeffrey Galante of Lee & Associates represented the seller, a partnership that included IDI.
According to Locascio, the acquisition of the facility will allow the manufacturer to triple its capacity.
The building at 903 Carlow Drive features 3,375 square feet of office space, 24-foot clear ceilings, heavy power, 29 exterior docks, three drive-in doors and parking for 153 cars. There is a separate shipping/receiving office space and the warehouse includes office space as well as lunchroom. The property is located with access to I-55 via a full interchange at Weber Road. It sits on 7.9 acres of land.
