Newmark Zimmer closed the lease of a 160,000-square-foot Class-A cross-dock facility at 6900 Stillwell St. in Kansas City, Missouri’s Executive Park.
Logoplaste, a designer and manufacturer of plastic packaging products, will expand into the space in support of its adjacent operations on the western 200,000 square feet of the facility.
