Mark Long, John Hassler and John Faur of Newmark Zimmer negotiated the long-term renewal of 1A Auto in 347,689 square feet of Building B in Olathe, Kansas’ I-35 Logistics Park.
Founded in 1999 by Rick Green out of a family garage, 1A Auto has grown into one of the nation’s largest suppliers of aftermarket auto parts. The company caters to do-it-yourselfers offering thousands of how-to videos to help consumers complete their own auto repairs.
Kevin Wilkerson of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in the transaction.
