Newmark Zimmer has promoted Kasey Vena, vice president of operations, to principal in the firm’s Kansas City, Missouri, office.
In her role, Vena leads the business operations of the company, ensuring the realization of strategic objectives while upholding the core values that define the organization. As a key member of the leadership team, she has oversight of various departments and projects, including all business administration functions, accounting and property management services.
With nearly two decades of experience, Vena joins a team of the 15 existing principals, bringing a passion for operational excellence and strategic planning that will ensure the firm continues to provide the highest level of service to clients and remains at the forefront of the commercial real estate industry.
