Next Realty affiliate acquires 51,000-square-foot industrial property in Nashville

An affiliate of Next Realty recently completed the acquisition of a 51,000-square-foot industrial facility at 575 Brick Church Park in Nashville, Tennessee. This marks the first industrial acquisition for Next Realty, which recently expanded the scope and direction of its acquisition philosophy to include industrial properties in select markets across the country.

This property is 100 percent leased by Fiserv, Inc., which has been a tenant here since April of 2006.

Constructed in 1994, the entire facility is 100 percent air-conditioned. About 10 percent of the space is used for offices.

The property is located in a well-established business park, just minutes from the intersection of Interstate-65, Interstate-24 and Briley Parkway, three major arterials located six miles and 15 minutes north of the Nashville CBD.

“Our client, Next Realty, moved quickly to take advantage of this off-market opportunity in the highly desirable Nashville market and provided the Seller with the surety of close and ease of execution they were seeking,” said Alissa Adler, Managing Principal/Managing Broker, Podolksy Circle CORFAC International.

This is a second acquisition for Next Realty in the Nashville market. In 2015, Next Realty acquired a 60,000-square-foot two-tenant building located within the Cool Springs Crossing shopping center in Franklin, Tennessee.
