Next Realty LLC has completed a new lease at 5215 Old Orchard Road, a 209,625-square-foot Class A office building in Skokie, Ill., relocating from Northbrook where it had leased space since 2006.
Next will occupy 7,500 square feet of space on the building’s 8th floor. The property, which is owned by Millbrook Real Estate Company and referred to as Millbrook Skokie, is a Class A office building that was developed in 1986. It features floor plates that are approximately 18,000 square feet, surface and covered parking, food service and a conference facility.
Andrew Hochberg, CEO, Next Realty LLC, said this represents an ideal location for them and provides great accessibility to the firm’s greater Chicago area portfolio of properties, the expansive Chicago market where Next Realty continues to be active investors, and to O’Hare airport so that they can travel to other Next offices, properties and target markets.
