NGKF Cincinnati office adds investment specialists from CBRE

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank announced that commercial real estate investment specialists Keith Yearout and Jim Vondran have joined NGKF Capital Markets in the firm’s Cincinnati office as senior managing directors.

Joining from CBRE, Yearout and Vondran have an extensive background in managing institutional and private asset sales of office, industrial, and retail properties and all with an expanded radius in the Midwest. The team has been working together for 10 years in offering sophisticated financial analysis with a seamless and tailored process to insure optimal results for each and every client.

Yearout and Vondran have had substantial success throughout their careers in providing first-rate capital markets advisory and marketing strategy for numerous office, industrial and retail investment properties.

Prior to joining NGKF Capital Markets, Yearout and Vondran served as vice presidents at CBRE, leading the firm’s Commercial Investment Properties Group in Cincinnati. In the past 18 months the duo has sold over 2.2 million square feet of office properties totaling over $225 million. Since the team’s inception, they have completed transactions approaching $1 billion. In those transactions, over 75 percent involved buyers from outside the market and many were buying in Cincinnati for the first time.

Yearout joined CBRE in 2004 as associate and was promoted to vice president in 2015. Prior to CBRE, he worked for Eagle Realty Group, Western Southern’s real estate arm, where he was a crucial member of the firm’s investment team. Throughout his career, Yearout has had many notable achievements throughout his career. He received the Most Outstanding Transaction Award from the Cincinnati Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati in 2007 and was named in Cincinnati’s Area Board of Realtors Commercial Top Producers Club in 2006 and 2007 as well as a CoStar Group Power Broker for sales transaction volume in 2005. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Xavier University.

Vondran began his career in commercial real estate in 2004 as an office brokerage professional with CBRE in Dayton and served most recently as vice president with CBRE’s Investment Properties Group. Prior to CBRE, Vondran worked as an auditor for Federated Department Stores and Provident Bank. He also ran the local campaign office for a local member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Throughout his career, he has been named to Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati’s Top Producers Club in 2006, 2007 and 2012 – 2015. Vondran also received the Most Outstanding Transaction award in 2007 from the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
