Nick Foussianes joins Savills Studley’s Chicago office

Savills Studley announced that Nick Foussianes has joined the Chicago office as a corporate managing director.

A seasoned professional with a multidisciplinary background including transaction negotiation, project management, development and architecture, Foussianes will leverage and apply his 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate to deliver bespoke advisory solutions, real estate lease and purchase transactions and corporate portfolio strategy to occupiers of all sizes. Over the course of his career, Foussianes has overseen purchase and lease transactions totaling over $400 million, and ground-up and tenant fit-up projects totaling more than $150 million.

Foussianes began his commercial real estate career as an architect with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in Chicago and has held leadership positions with JLL and Colliers International. His client roster features an impressive array of companies including Microsoft, Citigroup, BP America, Crum & Forster, Aon, Willis, Sears, Maytag and Wilson Sporting Goods. Foussianes attended University of Michigan where he earned a BS in architecture and urban planning and a masters in architecture.
