Colliers | U.S. is pleased to announce the appointment of Nik Bex, MAI as the managing director | north-central multifamily lead, based in Chicago. With over 12 years of experience in the appraisal industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role, having previously held positions as first vice president at CBRE and most recently as executive director at JLL.
Nik’s professional background encompasses a diverse range of experience in industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and alternative asset types. His expertise extends to a variety of valuation purposes, including ad valorem, financing, litigation support, eminent domain, periodic asset valuation, divorce/estate planning, feasibility analysis, and more.
In his new role at Colliers, Nik will focus on multifamily and mixed-use asset valuation in Chicago and markets throughout the greater Midwest area. His responsibilities include recruiting top talent, expanding the multifamily client base, and providing exemplary service in a leadership capacity.
