More than 46,000-square-feet of real estate space has been leased at a Niles, Illinois retail center at 7233 West Dempster St., including half of the space previously leased by Sports Authority.
Amy Levin of Next Realty arranged some of the largest transactions at the center. Big Lots, which has been a tenant since 1995, doubled its size by leasing 32,000 square feet. Harbor Freight Tools signed a lease for 14,5000-square-feet.
Big Lots was represented by its director of real estate Vince Cattano and Harbor Freight Tools was represented by Kyle Mayberry of Cabanban Rubin & Mayberry Commercial Realty.
