NKF arranged the sale of a 30,865-square-foot light manufacturing and warehouse property located at 1320 Holmes Road in Elgin, Illinois.
Adam Marshall and Mark Deady of NKF represented the seller, Reis Robotics in the disposition, according to a statement from the company.
Reis Robotics hired NKF to sell its Elgin facility after the firm relocated to a nearby property earlier this year. Ultra Polishing, represented by Rick Anesi of Lee & Associates, purhcased the facility.
The property is located on about 2 acres and features 5,368 square feet of office space and parking for 55 vehicles.
