GATX Corporation, represented by NKF, signed at 90,000-square-foot lease in Chicago’s Willis Tower.
GATX makes the move to Willis Tower from 22 W. Adams St. and was represented by Melissa Copley in long-term lease negotiations. Copley has negotiated the company’s past three relocations.
Copley represented GATX Corporation in the negotiations with building ownership, Equity Office, wholly owned by Blackstone’s real estate funds. Joy Jordan, Jamey Dix and Maggie Brophy of Telos represented ownership.
