Noble Self Storage is scheduled to break ground this week on Batavia Square, a new development in Batavia, Illinois, that will feature a 130,000-square-foot two-story climate-controlled self-storage facility and a 44,729-square-foot electric car dealership.

Noble Self Storage acquired a closed Sam’s Club building at 510 N. Randall Road in Batavia in March of 2024.

Linda Kost represented the seller, 501 N. Randall Rd Batavia LLC Inc., and the buyer, Noble Self Storage/Bradley Financial Corporation of Atlanta.

Kost from Grid 7 Properties, dba Realty Metrix Commercial, was the sole broker in the transaction.

The 127,937-square-foot building on 17.66 acres was vacated by Sam’s Club in January of 2018. The building was acquired by the seller in March of 2020 as an investment property. The self-storage facility will be in the rear of the building and the car dealership will occupy the entire frontage.
