North Wells Capital announced the acquisition of 308 W. Erie, a 45,359-square-foot building in Chicago's River North neighborhood along with a 7,719-square-foot parking lot at 600 N. Franklin.
Urban Innovations will manage and lease the property which includes 46,859 square feet of office space, 8,500 square feet of retail. The building was built in 1937 and renovated in 2015. It is now completely leased by 13 tenants with parking space for 38 cars.
