North Wells Capital names Tony Lindsay principal of asset management

Chicago-based North Wells Capital, the investment management affiliate of Urban Innovations Ltd., announced that Tony Lindsay has been named principal of asset management. Previously, Lindsay served as vice president of construction for Urban Innovations. In this new role, Lindsay oversees the execution of the investment strategy for North Wells Capital.

Lindsay joined Urban Innovations in 2003 as a senior project manager and was named vice president of construction in 2016. In that role he was responsible for tenant improvement, capital improvement and general construction services for all Urban Innovations construction services customers. He is a graduate of Purdue University’s construction management program within the School of Technology.

North Wells Capital was co-founded by Fox and Howard Conant Jr. in 2016 as the investment management affiliate of Urban Innovations, utilizing the knowledge and experience of Urban, but operating independently.
