Northern Builders is developing a 183,300-square-foot speculative industrial facility in Joliet, Illinois, at the Cherry Hill Business Park.
Boasting a clear height of 32’, the new building will feature 208 car parking stalls, 21 fully equipped dock positions (expandable to 36), 45 trailer parking positions, 2,000 amps of power and two drive-in doors.
The news of the proposed facility comes one month after Northern announced two new build-to-suit awards at Cherry Hill Business Park with Agile Cold Storage and Forge Trucking Centers (formerly Illinois Truck Group). Both projects have since broken ground and are scheduled for completion in the first half of 2025.
