Northern Builders has expanded development in its Carlow Corporate Center, according to a statement from the company.

In the first phase, a 615,160-square-foot regional distribution center for Best Buy was completed, according to the statement.

In August, Northern also completed Carlow XVI, a 302,453-square-foot speculative development, the statement said. The building features cross-dock configuration, 36-foot building clear height, 80 trailer parking stalls and 200 car parking spaces. The property will be leased by Colliers International’s David Bercu and Jim Estus.

The business park expansion will support the development of 12 additional buildings, according to the statement. Notable tenants include Best Buy, Ferrara Candy, General Motors, Goya Foods, D&H Distributing and Precision Foods.
