James Hoopes, senior vice president/senior director and Patrick Minea, senior vice president/managing director, of NorthMarq‘s Minneapolis Regional office recently arranged acquisition financing of $14 million for 5995 Opus Parkway, a 164,931-square-foot Class-A office building in Minnetonka, Minn.
Financing was based on a five-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule, and was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with a correspondent life insurance company.
