Randy Waddell, senior vice president of NorthMarq’s Louisville-based regional office, arranged the $4.25 million refinance of Space Plex Portfolio, a collection of three industrial properties at 501 East Park Blvd., 525 Park East Blvd. and 645 Park East Blvd. in New Albany, Indiana.
The portfolio contains a combined 199,546 square feet. The transaction was structured with a three-year interest-only term.
NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a local bank.
