Greg Duvall, senior vice president and managing director of NorthMarq’s Kansas City regional office, recently arranged first mortgage refinancing of $23.45 million for Claremont Apartments, a 335-unit market-rate multi-family community in Overland Park, Kansas.
Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its affiliate AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance, a Fannie Mae DUS lender.
