Daniel Trebil, senior vice president/senior director of NorthMarq’s Minneapolis regional office, arranged combined first-mortgage refinancings of $3.3 million for two multi-family properties containing a combined total of 109 multi-family units in Minnesota.
Sun Lake Apartments, a 64-unit market-rate apartment property located on Yellow Brick Road in Chaska, Minn, was financed at $1.7 million.
Lynn Court Apartments, located at 4350 W. 124th in Savage, Minn, was financed at $1.6 million and contains 45 market-rate apartment units.
Financing for both of these properties was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
