NorthMarq Capital has arranged a $39.6 million refinance for the Omnicare Center, 201 E. Fourth Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year loan from a major life insurance company to refinance existing debt. Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati-based regional office completed the refinance. The lender was Life Insurance Company.
