Brent Blake, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Kansas City regional office, recently arranged first mortgage financing of $9 million for Tuckaway at Frontier Apartments, a 96-unit multi-family property located at 524 Frontier Road in Lawrence, Kan.
Financing was based on a flexible term and a 30-year amortization schedule, and was arranged for the borrower, Boardwalk Apartments L.C., by NorthMarq through its relationship with the Bank of Kansas City.
