Gary Rifkin, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha-based regional office, recently secured the $1.65 million refinance of the Alliance Group Office Building, a 24,304-square-foot building at 2566 Leavenworth St. in Omaha.
The transaction was structured with a 15-year term and 15-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged the financing through its relationship with Assurity Life Insurance Company.
Alliance Group is the major tenant of the property.
