Susan Branscome, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office, arranged the the $10.3 million refinance of Donaldson Road Center II, a 258,947-square-foot industrial property in Erlanger, Kentucky.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 20-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. Alstom Power is the property’s major tenant.
