Melissa Marcolini Quinn, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Orlando-based regional office, recently arranged financing for two multi-family transactions — including one in Ohio — for $38.6 million.
Quinn closed a $14.4 million acquisition loan for Deerfield Apartments and Townhomes in Cincinnati. The property includes 223 units.
Quinn also closed a $24.2 million refinance loan for the Lodge at Bridgemill in Canton, Ga. This seniors housing facility consists of 150 units.
