Sue Blumberg, senior vice president and managing director NorthMarq Capital’s Chicago-based regional office, recently arranged the $19.44 million refinance of Twin Towers Apartments. The apartments are a pair of 22-story multifamily buildings with 253 units in Chicago.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its Fannie Mae DUS platform.
