Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha-based regional office, recently closed a $5.76 million refinance of Silvercrest-Garner Farms, a 62-unit assisted-living and memory care facility in Davenport, Iowa.
The transaction was structured with a 35-year term and 35-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged the HUD loan for the borrower through its affiliate AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance, LLC.
