Susan Branscome, senior vice president and managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, arranged the $7.1 million refinance of Olympic Corporate Center I, an 88,119-square-foot office property at 3940 Olympic Boulevard in Erlanger, Kentucky.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
