Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha-based regional office, recently secured the refinancing of two multi-family properties in Iowa. The transactions were for a combined $10.82 million.
One of the apartment projects is Tradition Pointe, a 72-unit multi-family property in Ankeny, Iowa.
The second was for the Reserve at Glenstone, a 54-unit property in Grimes, Iowa.
