John Bendon, senior vice president/managing director, and Jason Kinnison, vie president of NorthMarq’s Omaha regional office, arranged the $29.5 million financing for the borrower, Harrison Hills Apartments, LLC.
Forest Ridge is a 168-unit apartment property in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Financing for the $5.6 million transaction was based on a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. Kinnison arranged financing for the borrower, Forest Ridge 1, LLC.
