Darwin Realty has completed the acquisition of a 48,663-square foot building located at 999 Regency Drive in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Darwin President Richard G. Daly, SIOR represented the purchaser, Robert C. Weisheit Co., Inc. who acquired the property for the expansion and relocation of his high-tech manufacturing business.
The facility sits on 4.82 acres of land within the High Grove East Business Park in DuPage County. Property features include 9,000 square feet of office, 18-foot clear ceiling height, 30-foot x 40-foot bays, one interior truck dock, one drive-in door, heavy electric power, air conditioning throughout and parking for 80 cars.
