Randall Waddell, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Louisville regional office, closed the $11.5 million refinance of River Ridge IV, a 500,000-square-foot bulk distribution warehouse at 600 Patrol Road in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 15-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a national life insurance company.
